you guys north of the border don't count (at least I don't think), but what about the rest of y'all? I did my civic duty, but it was a matter of which crook was less crooked, and that's an understatement in Texas.

Mont,, Yep, I voted. In the county where I now live and the county where I used to live. So I more then did my duty. I figured it would't hurt cause there will be a bunch of people who won't vote.

BJ and I voted as always. Just wish we had a better selection for governor. I am not happy with Perry and the school finance reform.

Other than that, it's a beautiful day up here. And we have a big event coming up....there's a brand new Bass Pro opening up across the lake from us next week :)

I haven't missed an opportunity to vote since I turned twenty-one in '66.

Good for you, Dan. And you too, Don. ~~Greg~~

Yup. Dodie and I voted, but only one of our votes counts. One of our votes goes to cancelling my liberal Mother's votes!

Yeah, even I voted ~ against every incumbent! Throw them all out! After two terms they are part of the problem, not the solution! We need citizen politicians, not professional politicians who make a career of being elected to feed off of the public funds!

Thanks Don... :D

And I agree with Rybka!

Now that all the dust is beginning to settle I hope that we can move forward with some progress!

Just like drought and deluge have its purposes in nature, I think there is a season for conservatives and a season for the libs. Let's see what they can do. Just please take it easy on my taxes!
