Good news

They took the staples out of my stub today. Thur they make a mold of the stub for rhe suction thingie that goes on the stub, then 10 days after that I get my new leg. The leg is a work of art, even the pitch or angle of the leg is based on the hight of the heel on my shoe. I guess I'll have to give up high heels. Thess staples have been in about 5 weeks, some of them the meat had grown over the staples. The doc had his big titted nurse hold me down by laying over me..:D ...........Dan

Just spoke to the Capt. and he is happy as can be. They will be fitting him today and expects the new leg in about 2 weeks. Will be seeing him mid morning tomorrow.

All uphill from here for the good Captain.

Saw the Capt this AM. He is truly amazing. He was to be fitted at 2 PM today. Will call later and see how it went.

If rehab will allow him to, I will get him and take him for some shopping next week.
