Joe won the bid on EBay. The boat is about 1 hour from me and I went to inspect it on Sunday before the bidding ended to give him a report on it. Good boat at a great price. Now all he has to do is drag it from Florida to Tahsis
Jack it's a beauty. Might eat a little of that $4.50 a gallon canuck gas but it sure will be able to go outside when the wind is kicking up. Knowing Joe, he is probably getting bids on a yellow paint job.:) :) Tell him I said Hi and I will look forward to a ride this summer. Are you going to ride up with him when he tows it?

Doubt I'll take the trip as he will be traveling with his wife and 2 cats. Mike Oberg will be coming to Florida with him and help get it ready to travel. Probably take a couple months and throw in a trip to the Keys for a shakedown or three

Finally got registered again on this forum in between EBay commercials to see what kind of bull---- you 2 are spreading.
Bidding on an EBay listing for boat transport as we speak from Jack's house to Obergs in Arlington, WA.
Mike was a commercial painter in his previous life and says, 27' Grady, white to yellow, not a problem, just need a larger brush.
Zane, send me your email address...think I sent you an email right?
If you see Sam or anyone else at the fishing shows, keep this quiet...would like to surprise the Tahsis folks.
Will probably repower so I'm looking for almost new or 2006 leftover engines,,,225 HP or larger, Suzuki, Yamada, honda, or Mercury should you know of any.
Merry Christmas
