View Full Version : Sooooo?
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. You all must have had because the board has suddenly become silent. So what really neat things did you get for Christmas? I'll start it out with a 22" wide computer monitor and prescription snorkle mask(for mexican trips). Come on inquiring minds want to know!

My wife gave me a white gold largemouth bass pendant. I'm trying to catch up to Howard & his bling.

My favorite thing didn't come for Christmas, but a little before. A little hound we named Missy found us and I wouldn't trade her for the world. The other thing I got was a scrapbook my Mom made with a ton of old pics of the family, some of which I have never seen before.

My most precious and appreciated gift was an autographed, naked picture of Batbreath, alluding to catching a real fish. Carolle confirmed it was a fake "the bait was too big" BTW he did send it postage due.
All of you have a wonderful and healthy New Years.

Gee Howard-- I am glad you liked the pic---but please take a closer look-- I know the pic was a LONG focus ( needed so the frame wasnt over filled-- if you know what I mean) BUT it wasnt really me!!!! It was my doppleganger-- Brad Pitt..
I have no idea where he got that Borat slingshot swim suit!!!!
Anyway-- Santa knows who has been nice--- ME!!! So far the loot tallies at a Shimao Telora rod , a King crab/prawn trap puller, a road GPS so I can find my way down to Jacksonville to live with Howard, and the OK from the Warden/Accountant to purchase a bateau suitable for a person of my standing.... ( note the opening here Howard!!!! ;)
Yes Rustry-- Life IS good!!!!!
ps- Howard-- no need to move out of the master bedroom for me-- I have modest needs and will willingly accept the #2 bedroom ( being the nice guy that I am)

Bryan. you are welcome to the Guest B/R with the real Marble tile or the California room B/R (larger) BTW you could not stay here long enough to deplete my Bacardi supply. Last I looked there was a full case of 1.75 ltr. bottles along with my supply of Myers Black. I even have a bottle of Appleton Estate 12 year old. Bring your sorry butt down.

Zane, When I saw Bryan in Puerto Vallarta this year, he did not drink that much at all. I questioned him and he said he only drinks that much when you have to pay. He said he loves the look of distress on your face when you see him knocking down your booze. He did say you were a very generous Man, despite his gluttony.

I leave fishing for a week and you guys are up to no good:confused: .Let me see if I've got this summed up correctly: Zane got ripped off buying Bryan's drinks.Bryan is moving in with Howard and Howard sounds like he is going to run out of booze - can all this be possible??????:D
It was a good Christmas for me. I got a new Boga grip, breathable waders,
Old Fisning Lures & Tackle book, and gift certfificates to the sporting goods stores. Best of all I spent the last week of the year fishing for pompano.
Life IS good!
