I figure I can by with this because bald eagles fish for a living. Go to the web site below & click on eagle cam on the left. Follow instructions on the next screen down low & you'll get a web cam next to a nest in Port St. Lucie, not too far north of me. There are two young chicks in the nest now, occasionally becoming visible. Y'all enjoy!

Pretty kewl. They have a couple of cams up here on nests with one of them being right next to peoples house. So much for them needing isolation. We had some sitting in the tree out front and didn't want to let the little dog out, I went out and got within 15' of them and they just stared at me so I went back in and got the camera. It made for some nice pictures.
P.S. I checked out the resort community real estate where the eagle nest is and I am between $600,000.00 and $3,000,000.00 short. :D :D

Ya-- we get kind of used to them as they are a part of our daily lives, and we forget just how special they are. We had about 400 snacking on salmon during the spawning season on our local river, and we have a "eagle tree" right next door to us. We keep figuring that one day ,our cat wont come back!
Carolle and I kind of smirked a bit during the tour of the Kennedy Space Center when we were in Fl, when the bus driver stopped let people look at at an eagles nest in the wildlife preserve. But then WE got the funny looks when we got all excited about the gators in the ditches!!!! Probably some of the folks had those critters in thier swimming pools at one time or another!!! :D
