Bonefish?  If it was from the northwest it might be a shad. I have never fished for either.

Very good, Zane! That is the Grey Ghost of the flats. I have only caught one, but I'll never forget it. It's second run was stronger & longer than anything I've ever caught, including big king mackerel. I still don't believe its first run. It was an 8 pound fish on ten pound spinning gear, caught & released off Islamorada. It ate a DOA shrimp.

I looked at this post a couple days ago, then saw a post on another forum regarding the Hardy Zane. I returned to Bryan's link and looked at the prices. Then realized the listed prices were in pounds. Price in USD of a 12 weight is
$1,040.49. Then I looked at the Zane Titantium. http://www.sportfishermen.com/board/images/smilies/newsmilies/omg.gif Cost for that one is only $9,833.38. They are not too proud of them are they? Maybe they'll give Zane a reduced cost since they wont have to specially engrave his name on one. Think I'll order one of each size (AFTER I WIN THE LOTTERY!!):D But then again, with the Canadian dollar so strong, Bryan could affords to buy each of us one.:D

Great Idea! Bryan, I have been thinking of getting a four weight outfit for rainbow trout up in Tennessee. Tell ya what...I'll buy the rod..you just send me the reel.

Thanks, my friend! ~~Greg~~
