Thanks, Monty. I invited my brother-in-law out for the afternoon trip today on the Mad Son, but he fell ill last night & had to back out. Now my wife's ticked because I'm going anyway. Oh well.

Happy Birthday, young man! ;) Hope you have a great day and catch a mess o' fish!
Here's the pic that you wanted Bryan to post. It's pretty amazing!

Batbreath: Please post this on the GG board for me. This is a mutton snapper with a pair of large hooks, one of which was hooked by Jimmy Lee with his much smaller circle hook. Amazing that the catch was made.

Thanks! ~~Greg~~

I had a fine time, gents, & thanks for the good wishes. I managed to catch a couple of barely legal mutton snappers & a bullet bonito..small enough to eat & make you think it's tuna. Speaking of which, the thrill of the afternoon was watching a guy catch a 30# blackfin tuna on 20# spinning gear. He was bottom fishing with a 2 hook tandem fish finder rig, whole sardine as bait. It took at least twenty minutes..probably thirty, & he handled the battle very well indeed. I'll have pix of the fish soon. Oh..he was nice enough to make sure everybody on board got some to take home for dinner.

Yeah, I'm a year older now, but I've still not caught up to Howard or Dan. I'm a dyslexic 36.

Thank you for posting that pic, Joe.
