Gotta love that guy--- Richitelli says he still has respiratory problems and scars from the 2008 bite. But he's been back to Wal-Mart several times, saying their prices are too good to shop elsewhere.

Guess he cant stand to miss out on all those Asian cheap tee shirts!!!

:D

I hope the judge tosses that one out. After the first snakebite in the garden section of a store like that, which got plenty of ink, one might think that the public has been sufficiently warned of the possibility of a recurrence. Potted plants are grown outdoors, where snakes live. A small cryptically colored & patterned snake can hide very well in a potted plant. You can't blame the snake. They could hire me to inspect every one of their incoming potted plants, but I don't come cheap. Plus, once the plants are in the outdoor section of the store, all bets are off.

Sistrurus miliarius has never killed anyone. Get over it, buddy...and watch closely the next time you pick up a potted plant. Sheesh!
