Mont: I love corned beef & cabbage! Do you corn your own brisket? Man, I put mustard on the whole plate..corned beef, cabbage & taters.

We're gonna do a boneless leg of lamb & a ham at Amanda's new house today. Oughta turn out good.

Yep, lot's of mustard, and not that baby shit yellow stuff. But that leg of lamb sounds really good. That's what Chris and I are having. Chris kind of shakes her head, I gotta have sweet potatos, corn bread and turnip greens. I'll make biscuites for her. About 3" across and 3" high and light enough to about float off the plate, the only thing that holds them down is being totally sopped in melted butter. All washed down with an RC COLA.

Wow, what a nice Easter. We got a little much needed rain and then it cleared off to a perfect afternoon. One of our Mom ducks has hatched out at least 8 ducklings and it's getting closer to 12 as of right now. Happy Easter.
