and over 9 inches in a couple of hours. At least the ducks are happy. It's almost looks like a mini 'cane on the radar loop.

Like Greg said, we need rain. A few years ago didn't you get a frog drowning rain. Where it made an island out of your house. Some where in the back of my mind I remember you posting some pics to that effect.

We were about 6 inches behind around here. This one came as close as Allison did the first year we moved here. The wind flipped over a trailer down the street and there's a couple of boats on the bottom at my harbor. I sure like the new harbor I am at. The piers are floaters and it's up a good 5 feet without causing any problems. I really needed to take the boat on a test run tomorrow to see if it's actually fixed or not. Oh well. There will be a whole new batch of stuff floating around and it's staying tied to the dock until I get back from the rally that starts on Wed. I need to prep the RV anyways and get it ready to go for 5 days on Lake Somerville. The forecast looks great for a bike rally and I need a few days of being plain old biker trash to get back to normal. I think the auto repair places are going to have some good business out of this. Several neighborhoods around here flooded out and the dipsticks just drive right off into it like it's not there.

looks like some of y'all in north FL might get some rain. The GG greens are flood advisory. We really dodged a bullet on this one. Another hour of rain like it was, and it would have flooded out a lot more places. My harbor could have taken a couple more feet before it took the power out. They cranked the flood gates all open and the water has dropped about 3 feet in Clear Lake already.
