I was checking though my web sites on the search engines to see their ranking and found Greg's florida's venomous snakes site (http://venomoussnakesfl.com/) is number one on Yahoo and number five on Google when you use the key words florida venomous snakes.
He is averaging 250 hits a day. There has been 28,000 + hits since last year. He is getting the word out. This is the best I have seen it, there are a lot of snake sites out there and we were way down in the rankings a half a year ago.

ago. He haden't heard about his site being #1. He had been out fishing and had to brag to me about his fish catching abilities. I'm laid up here all crippled up and can't even drive a car, and he is rubbing it in. That's OK I'll get even. He'll be here later this month, I'll find some way to get even. Maybe put some sand in his grits.
Dan :D ;)

Yeah, I was fishing on the Mad Son this morning with a couple of guys from Jacksonville. I was wearing a Guy Harvey Mutton Snapper tee shirt. After my first mutton, I 'splained to them that they had to wear a shirt with a picture of the fish they wanted to catch. After my second mutton, one of them wanted to buy my shirt. Between the two of them they got a smallish king & a barely legal amberjack & a bonito or three. I out-fished them, but as soon as I heard where they were from, I knew I would. Hee hee.
Glad to hear the snake site is doing so well, Johnny. Glad the info is getting out there. You gonna come fish with me before school/w*^k starts back up again?

Greg, not everybody from Jacksonville gets out fished by you South Florida guys. Remember that day at the Boil with Dan G the Red killer. We also do not let some small fish take away our new rod & reel.:D :D

True enough. Thank God that was not a new rod & reel. I still miss it, though.
Sniff.
