Anyone want an autograph? ;)
A happy ending all around and national exposure for 2cool. Yes, there is a lot of experience to be tapped over there. That's why I'm an avid reader (lurker).
Also, I happen to have the copy and video of the last *interviews* on this hard drive somewhere. That was a Sunday I'll never forget for *what could have been*.
One thing that stands out in their experience - only one bilge pump and no alarm or did the circuit fail?
no alarm and if my bet is right, the ground went bad on the pump. Something about salt water and grounds and them corroding loose. I am in the process of putting an alarm together for mine, with a float in the back and one up front. A little warning goes a long ways.

Way to go, Mont! That's almost as cool as when you saved a guy or two a few years back. Caught in a current near an inlet or something. Anyway, congrats again.

Nice story Monty. I for one, am proud to know you and all the good things you do. I am honored to call you friend. You go way beyond being a Boater & Fisherman. I wish there were a lot more boaters around like you. 23 years of owning Lighthouse and I sure have not met many like you.
I had a customer for many years that came in and bitched about everything we ever did for his boat. Each time I would run the bill, take his money and tell him "Thanks, I wish I had a 100 customers like you" This went on for several years and each time it was the same bitching and moaning. Each time I would do the same thing, run the bill take the money and tell him "thank you. I wish I had a 100 customers like you" After several years he came in and we went through the same thing. He said "I have been crawling up your back for years and you always are patient and always tell me you wish you had a 100 customers like me. What is that all about?" I looked him right in the eye and said "I do wish I had a 100 like you, I have a 1500"
Monty, you are the best.
