I caught my biggest mutton ever this morning, & I really thought I had broken the double digit barrier, but the scale at the dock said I was a half pound short. It was my only fish of the trip, but it was a nice one. Pix will be on the fishing report soon.

The missing 1/2 pound was dehydration. That makes it a gimmie :)

Nothing an 8 oz cresent lead weight down the gullet prior to weighing
couldn't fix. :D :D Nice fish and it looked like 10# to me.

The son-of-a-gun didn't have a thing in its stomach. All it needed to do was scarf up a couple of crabs, & I'd have had my double digit fish. The quest goes on.

Nice fish Greg. At least you can still catch something. Crabtree just took away our grouper for 2011, but gave the commercial sector 100,000 lbs as allowable bycatch
